In a world long shared by humans, demons, and a race of half-beast warriors, an ancient legend speaks of a supreme being destined to restore balance among the three realms. A lone traveler from the beast realm reaches present-day Japan after centuries of searching and senses that this power has awakened within an unassuming high school student. When demonic forces arrive, convinced the young man threatens all life, the traveler and his companions move quickly to shield him and his girlfriend from harm. The first clash of these hidden worlds begins.
